Graphic Designer

Looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, mostly for digital media.

The successful candidate for this job will have a entry level understanding of branding and marketing aligning with color theory & human psychology, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. Job Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for developing various types of creative content for different purposes and different mediums. Major work will be on digital media creative designs in different formats for brands from different verticals
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
• Examine/study existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities & optimize the process for maximum output
• Research for & stay updated with the latest social media trends, design tools & use it creatively in the day-to-day design
• Working in coherence with internal team & clients

Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects
• 6 months to 1 year working experience with design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw etc & other graphics/videos related tools like Canva, Adobe Spark etc
• Beginner level understanding about video editing tools like Adobe Aftereffects & Premiere Pro will be a plus
• Proven experience with graphic design, with a decent portfolio of work
• Decent communication and presentation skills. creative Thinking. Growth Mindset
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
